  • Vegetables – peas, spinach, avocados, cucumbers, Brocoli, beans and lentils
  • Garlic
  • Oranges, Apples and Blueberries
  • Haldi, Honey and Ginger tea
  • Yoghurt
  • Hearty Vegetable Soups
  • natural fats like ghee

The things to eat in moderation:

  • Acidic Food – meat, fish, alcohol, sodas, eggs, and loads of dairy.
  • Processed Foods. Sausages and nuggets
