Representing Pakistan on an international level- Natasha Kamal showcased her latest couture range at Paris Fashion Week! Natasha Kamal opened the show with 10 haute couture gowns. The collection is unmistakably an evolution of her signature aesthetic tailored for a new market. This can be found in the sweeping lines, stylized imagery and elegant proportions, which gave the collection a contemporary appeal.
A juxtaposition of western silhouettes against indigenous hand embroidered craftsmanship the range was elegant yet bold; from each gowns detailing to the material used this collection was all about structure and glamour. The collection featured understated fall hues in contrast with shades of champagne, intricately detailed with bead work, gota and crystallized embellishment- displaying the beautiful intricacy and detail-oriented craftsmanship of Pakistan at the fashion hub of the world. Taking strides in the right direction and making us proud; Natasha Kamals’s range of formal wear was a seriously drool worthy affair- whether it was her sleek floor length gowns with thigh high slits or the designers bold fabric manipulated looks; each look had us in awe!
