The 3rd and last day of QMobile Hum Showcase witnessed a gorgeous array of the countires top designers. The three day long event came to an end with a bang- we saw Khaadi debut their latest endeavor with Chapter 2, Sania Maskatiya displayed her latest range of glamorous gowns and Shamaeel Ansari showcased her draped to perfection feminine chic line of luxury pret wear! Khaadi
A completely new concept, Khaadi introduced Chapter 2 to their brand; celebrating indigenous craft the design house created minimalistic hand woven ensembles! Letting the quality of the hand made cloth speak for itself- the designs were colorful, simple and contemporary. With a blend of bright colors including cobalt blues, tropical orange, parrot greens and melon pinks- the collection was a breath of fresh air; perfect for the summer!
Sania Maskatiya
Metallic looks at their best- Sania Maskatiya is a designer who constantly evolves her design style. This formal luxury pret collection comprised of statement looks that were both bold and elegant at the same time. We’ve got our hearts set on her gleaming gold peplum ensemble featuring silver hand work and slit jamawar bell bottoms! Bringing a new element to her brand- Sania’s mens wear looks were suave and sophisticated- her drool worthy steel grey suit was a total jaw dropper.
Shamaeel Ansari
Shamaeel Ansari showcased her “I Am Red” collection at Hum Showcase; a line dedicated to femininity and romance. Bringing a certain boldness to the show- Shamaeel’s collection was all about exquisitely draped ensembles, structured layering and printed paisleys, florals and birds. Taking a different approach to the trendy kimono- the designer created a mid length look complete with chunky belt and flared pants. A funky fresh collection- it had an air of 70’s hippy chic style combined with new age prints and color schemes.
