The bold, eye catching prints took inspiration from marine life, the sky and the sun- exuding a calm, summery feel! A colour palette of soothing hues with pops of bright oranges and pinks made for a fresh and crisp visual appeal. We loved how the range leaned towards a more luxe resort theme; picture yourself in one of these outfits at a yacht party in the Caribbean, fancy much?! FNKASIA
Fly the distance in FnkAsia’s Avian collection, inspired by winged animals and their ability to travel great distances in a short span of time. Trendy cuts and silhouettes in vibrant colors were to be found on the ramp with a focus on bird motifs and pretty floral embroideries. The colors were well coordinated and the details were on point, hence Huma Adnan managed to create the perfect combination of funky and elegant. We had our eyes on the beautiful black gown with peachy pink florals and bird motifs, similarly the bright blue lengha with yellow and orange handy work was another hot favorite with us. Over all a fun and stylish range with cleverly placed embellishments!
Nauman Arfeen
The ‘Wild wild vest’ collection certainly had its wild touches! Nauman played with a mix of earthy tones and black- keeping it simple but full of character. The outfits were a fusion of eastern and western silhouettes, using lush linens, cottons, linens and printed silks. We loved how he used draping and layering techniques with pops of cleverly placed embellishments; adding a quirky element to the pieces. The cool collar cuts were another plus- so smart and chic!
