Apart from the Awards themselves, Veet Celebration of Beauty was filled with song and dance performances by stars such as Ali Azmat, Zoe Viccaji, and Sara Loren as well as four runway collectives by designers Sana Safinaz, Elan by Khadijah Shah, Sadaf Malaterre, and Ali Xeeshan.

The show started off with Elan by Khadijah Shah presenting a throwback to vintage bridals and mesmerizing audiences with the sheer, over the top opulent quality of her lehngas and anarkalis. While she included her signature divine traditional bridals we were intrigued by some of the more creative silhouettes involving markedly shorter hemlines and the gentlest slightly flared shape in brocade fabrics. This may have been a vintage inspired collection but it set the mood for wedding trends to come.
