Mahin Hussain Accessories

Mahin Hussain Accessories is an eponymous label specializing in leather and canvas handbags. The designs are simple yet bold. Leather satchels were introduced in 2013 & have become extremely popular amongst the college goers and working woman.

The label also has a very popular patriotic line of canvas bags that are snapped up twice yearly and feature inspirational quotes from Mohd Ali Jinnah & arresting lyrics from the songs of Madam Noor Jehan. Mahin Hussain Accessories also took out the famous Sequinned Flag Clutch which shone in the limelight when carried by the first ever Pakistani Oscar Winner, Sharmeen Obaid Chinoy

Mahin Hussain is a textile graduate from the Indus Valley School, who went on to study Fashion Accessories at the London College of Fashion and is the first Accessory Designer in Pakistan to have won the Lux Style Award for Best Emerging Talent. Mahin Hussain Accessories launched their Bridal Collection of Box clutches in 2013.

Mahin's latest FPW6 collection 'Get Drenched' is based around the very effective poetry of the late Parveen Shakir. 'Listen, girl, these moments are clouds: you let them pass and they're gone. Soak up their moist touch. Get drenched'. This bold collection is a figurative handing over of the reigns to the girl, asking her to dream her dreams, make them come true, live out loud, be heard and more than anything else, be the most brilliant version of herself.

Mahin's range is available via custom order as well as at leading multi-label stores including  Ensemble (Karachi), FPLounge (Dolmen Mall, Karachi), FPLounge (Lahore), L'atelier (Islamabad), Nomad Gallery (Islamabad). Stay updated with her latest collection on our Style Blog.
